What is your return policy?

You can return a Homelyfy purchase within 14 days for a refund or an exchange. The full steps are on our Returns and Refund Policy page.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we email a tracking number. Use that number on our Order Tracking page to see where the parcel is.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

How can I contact customer support?

Use the form on our Contact page, or message Homelyfy on WhatsApp. We help with orders, sizes and UK deliveries.

Are the sizes true to measurements?

Each product page has a size chart. Check it before you order so the bed, towel, bedding or rug matches the measurement you need.

Can I modify or cancel an order?

Orders are packed quickly, so changes are limited. Contact us as soon as you can and we will try to modify or cancel it.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes. Gift wrapping is available for a small fee, and you can choose it at checkout.

Do you offer online ordering and shipping?

Yes. You can order online and we ship across the UK. Contact us if you need a delivery question answered first.

Can I sign up for offers and updates?

Yes. Join the newsletter at the bottom of the homepage for offers and new arrivals.

How do I create an account?

Use Sign up at the top of the page. An account keeps your order history, wishlist and a faster checkout.

What if an item is out of stock?

Leave your email on the product page. We will tell you when that item is back in stock.

Can I change the shipping address?

Contact us straight away. We can often change the shipping address if the order has not already been packed.

Towels are properly hotel weight

Washed twice and they are even softer. Navy hides everything. Ordered a second set for the guest bath.

Elsa bed transformed the spare room

Looks far more expensive than it was, even on sale. Assembly was straightforward with two of us.

Sage bedding is the colour I wanted

Not too green, not grey. Washes well and does not pill. Will buy the cream next.

Storage ottoman is a quiet hero

Hides the extra blankets and still looks like furniture. Lid sits flush. Very pleased.

Verified

The robe is the one from the hotel

Thick Egyptian cotton, proper shawl collar. I wear it every morning and it has not gone limp.

Verified

Greek-key rug sits properly

Non-slip, vacuumed well, and the pattern is quieter in person than it looks online.

Verified

Ottoman bed swallowed the winter duvet

Gas-lift is one-handed. Spare pillows and the Christmas stuff, gone. Frame feels solid.

Princess headboard is the room

Tall, buttoned, cream velvet. Guests comment before they sit down. Worth the wait.
